Mia Rose Beauty Polices
Deposits:
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required for any Permanent Makeup service in order to book and confirm your appointment. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for any Lash Service in order to book and confirm your appointment. The deposit will go toward the total cost of the service you have booked for. The deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost.
Rescheduling for Lash services:
You must cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your booked service. No shows are charged 100% of the booked service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be charged the no-show fee (100%) and asked to reschedule. If needed, any and all services booked must be changed 48 hours in advance. Any appointment booked the day before or day of are automatically booked within the cancellation policy, and are subject to charges according to policy. Kindly note that when a service is booked, the time allotted is reserved for you specifically.
Arriving Late:
We understand that things can happen unexpectedly; however, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your appointment will be canceled and deposit will be forfeited.
If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
We reverse our appointment time especially for you to provide you the best service without being rushed. Please plan accordingly to make it to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late, please text us to let us know.
Foreign Eye Lash Fills:
Foreign Fills are accepted only if the previous service meets the quality standard of Mia Rose Beauty. Additionally, accepted foreign fills will be automatically considered a 3-week fill.
If foreign lash extensions do not meet the quality standard, we can remove your lash extensions and start fresh with new ones. In this case, it considered a new lash extension service.
We care about your lashes and want to ensure the health of your lashes is never comprised. Your lash artist can assist you with the proper education to healthy lashes.
Touch ups:
Every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual client.
Specific results or color requests for tattoos are not guaranteed (especially on those with dark or cool-toned lips, problematic skin or when covering up an old tattoo). A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve.
All services provided are non-refundable. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
Parking Fee Validation:
Your parking fee will be validated ONLY for the duration of your service and up to 10 mins prior to the service.
